In 2013, RUNLABS’ founder Steven Marcus advised Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE) on a new capital markets strategy, and led to ARE’s largest programmatic joint venture (approx. $1.2 billion of investment, including development of long-term life science clusters in Boston and San Diego) with TIAA, now Nuveen. ARE has seen substantial growth in shareholder value since.

Bugsby Property LLC is a privately-held, New York-based investment manager and real estate sponsor. Bugsby’s work has been featured in numerous industry publications including Bloomberg and PropertyWeek. Focused on unconventional value creation, Bugsby’s history includes a bid for Olympia London and other investments.

Bugsby was created in 2012 to generate unconventional value from asset backed and intellectual property investments.
